Shipping Policy

Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days, unless the shipment contains individual items that are out of stock or noted with different shipping times on their product detail pages. Out-of-stock items or back-ordered items will ship when we receive them from the supplier. We will notify you by email if any items in your order are back-ordered. Most items are shipped via USPS, but we may use different carriers at different times.

Store Pickup. We provide an option for store pickup. Fill out the shopping cart, proceed to checkout and on the shipping page, select "Store Pickup." No shipping charges will be applied and the package will be held for pick up at the store during normal business hours.

Return Policy

No refunds. Store Credit only. You can return your item for store credit in the amount of your original order subtotal. We do not refund any shipping costs. Please contact us for further details.

Method of Payment

Web orders can be paid for with Visa, American Express or Mastercard. A check can be sent to the store with a faxed copy of the order. The articles will be sent once the check has been validated.
